The hotel property was MODERN with excellent location near to Encarnacion as well as the restaurant in a surprisingly attractive city. The standard king room overlooked garden. Appreciated every minute of being there, recommend.

Spent new years at a resort on the river and had an amazing family vacation. We loved the spacious rooms with powerful showers and comfortable beds. The pool area was outstanding with lovely views and plenty of space for the kids to have fun. Plus, the resort offered family-friendly extras like horse rides and kids play areas for added fun.

The wait to check-in was quite long, and we had to wait for over an hour from the official check-in time. , there were limited dining options outside of the resort, and we had to take a taxi to town.

Our stay at Awa Resort was absolutely delightful. The beautiful view over the river from our room was breathtaking. The well-maintained swimming pool provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The tranquil environment made it an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathrooms had reasonable water pressure. The resort is perfect for families, with various activities for children such as horse rides, train rides, and play areas. The presence of rheas and peacocks added an extra touch of charm. The small but well-equipped gym was a nice bonus. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the excellent pool service and the variety of dishes available in the restaurant. Another advantage was the location, a bit secluded, which added to the peace and quiet.

That the resort was on the edge of the city, so we had to take taxis to go to the center. Although they weren't too expensive, it was a bit of a hassle since we had to rely on external transportation.
